Located at the top of the slopes next to the Triple Lift is our beginner freestyle park dedicated to serving new riders, young riders, and those looking to progress their skills for Empire Park. The Bonk is stacked with smaller boxes, rails, steel benches, and small jumps. It’s designed with progression in mind to get a rider used to terrain park features. The Bonk features a 100’ rope tow to take riders quickly back to the top of the park in order to spend more time riding. Take advantage of The Bonk’s exclusive rope tow to hot lap the park and get your tricks dialed in.
Indiana’s largest terrain park - Empire Park is located on an intermediate trail, on the western side of the slopes. Empire Park is a true slopestyle terrain park with the entire trail being devoted to freestyle features. With an inventory of 40+ features to choose from, it is host to several large jumps and is loaded from top to bottom with features. Empire Park is serviced by the choice of two lifts, CTEC 1 or the Triple.
Our Park Staff department is dedicated to maintaining our parks to be the best in the area. We are continually adding unique and challenging features during builds throughout the season to provide something different every time you ride with us!

The National Ski Area Association and Burton Snowboards would like to welcome you to the "Smart Style" Terrain Park Safety initiative. This venture has been a cooperative effort to continue the proper use and progression of terrain parks at mountain resorts while delivering a unified message that is clear, concise, and effective. The more people we can educate and get involved to help spread the word, the better. Visit http://terrainparksafety.org/ for more information
The Smart Style Program - There are four main messages that as associated with Smart Style:
MAKE A PLAN
LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP
EASY STYLE IT
RESPECT GETS RESPECT
If you don't "KNOW THE CODE", you shouldn't be in the terrain park yet!
PRIOR to using Freestyle Terrain, YOU are responsible for familiarizing yourself with Freestyle Terrain and obeying all instructions, warnings, and signs. Freestyle skills require maintaining control on the ground and in the air. It is recommended that you master your skills of skiing or snowboarding before attempting to ride in Terrain Parks.
